Description: 'Fictionville', somewhere behind enemy lines around the 1940s, depicting German heavy haulage, loading stage, main line and civilian sector with tram-car. There is no specific historical background to the model, I love building in 1/35 scale and this allows me to blend my passion for both military modelling and railways. Locos and rolling stock from Trumpeter models, tram and figures from Miniart. Club laser cutter used to make railings and central building. 3D printed parts such as lamps shades, drink cases, water tank etc. everything else from scratch. Still lots to do, lighting, animation, more figures and planning an extension on the tunnel end. Has been 18 months in the making so far and around another year to go, I want to add the same level of detail throughout that is depicted in the garage ruin to the left end of the diorama.
